The Barn Owl

Wise owls are robust, beautiful, and mysterious creatures—one of my favorite subjects to paint. I am starting off this collection with four of my favorite owls, the Barn Owl, the Snowy Owl, the Long Eared Owl, and the Barred Owl..  The owl has major spiritual significance for our native friends. Commonly, they are on a totem pole. They are symbolic for intuition, knowledge and psychic powers.
