Shipping Policy

General Shipping Information:

Currently, Shipping is to the United States, only. We will continue adding areas in phase two.

Processing can take anywhere from 1-3 business days,

Afterwards, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your item has shipped out.

Shipping time will depend on the shipping method id selected at checkout.

SHIPPING POLICY

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you would like to ensure there's no issue with your package please be sure to track the order and be home during the time of delivery.

If your tracking shows the item is lost before delivery we will issue a full refund or send out a new item.

-If your item is missing or stollen after delivery we can not issue a refund.

Be sure to contact the delivery carrier for any information on shipping or delays. Once items have left the CarolinesArtnStuff facility they’re no longer within our control.
